Engaging our community, educating them on the importance of getting involved in local elections, and providing them with the resources to do so, are core parts of our mission to directly educate and engage the community. All too often, citizens are not well educated about their local elections, and that's understandable - between juggling school, work, and other responsibilities, it's hard to be informed about local politics. Unite Colorado Springs seeks to make this easy for you with a few handy links and guides for getting involved.

The most important step to getting involved in local politics in Colorado Springs is to register to vote. Colorado Springs boasts a large military and college population, and many are not sure whether they are eligible to vote in municipal elections. Check out these resources at Just Vote Colorado to know your rights.

Election Information

It's critical that you check you voter registration status as often as possible. Outdated or inaccurate information can make voting very difficult. Make sure you update your voter registration whenever you move.
